Encouraging Circulation of the Lymph System

The goal of this process is to move toxins out of the body. So be sure to drink lots of purified water before and after shower. Start like a normal shower with regular warm temperature water (filtered-chlorine/fluoride free).

1A. WARM Water: Using hand held shower head sweep the body starting at soles of feet. Front, back and sides both legs. Always sweep towards the heart. Spray the groin area very well moving up the front and back towards the heart. Then the arms– the back of hands first and then & up the outside of the arms then palms &up the inside of arms. Sweep the under arms and under breast very well. ( lots of lymphs there) Sweep head from crown to back of head and then the upper back along the spine toward the heart. Then sweep from crown to face to heart.

1 B. Adjust the water temperature so that it is slightly cooler than you began with. Repeat sweeping sequence.

2A. Adjust water to slightly warmer than you began with. Repeat sweeping sequence.

2B. Adjust water to slightly cooler than your last cool water sequence. Repeat sweeping sequence.

3A. Adjust water to slightly warmer than your last warm water sequence Repeat sweeping sequence.

3B adjust water to slightly cooler than your last cool water sequence. Repeat sweeping sequence.

4, 5, 6. . . Repeat sequences with the water getting hotter and colder with each sequence. Repeat the body sweeping procedure with each temperature change.

7th set the water is now extremely HOT and COLD. I usually do this round in about 3 secs per temp change. In the winter I do an extra Hot to finish off. In the Summer I end by sweeping the body with the cold.

You did it right or enough times if your eyesight is blurry and or your eye balls are bloodshot. You’ve gotten your blood moving deeply into the body, which helps the lymphatics move the toxins out.

This shower can dry out your hair so be sure to leave the conditioner on for a round or two before rinsing it off during the hot cycle. Also after your second or third shower you will find you don’t need soap on your body. The blood is moving toxins out and you are literally cleaning from the inside out. You will also find that your skin is soft and subtle, almost like silk.

To your health,

SaSu
